is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner.

For Example:

If a Client does not give proper notice (48 hours to cancel or reschedule)— THEN—This prevents a potential Client from being served and stands up the Stylist.

No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality while punishing those who may show up earlier.

We ask Clients to be mindful of each other and of the Stylists time.

For these reasons, Marvel Creatives has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

We do not reserve any appointments without a credit card on file.

Your registration is complete when we receive your Full Name, Email, Valid Phone to call or text and a Credit Card on File.

Once the registration is complete and the appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email and text with the day, time and type of service that you have been signed up for.

Without the confirmation email or text, there is no appointment reserved for you at Marvel Creatives.

We honor clients who are forthright and honest as we are also here to serve you in a forthright and honest manner.

If a Credit Card on File has been proven to be fraudulent or unable to process—THEN—we will immediately:

  1. remove client from our client list

  2. block client from online scheduling

  3. prevent the client to enter our Salon due to misleading information.

If a Client is willing to pay for the full service of no-show or non-compliance of cancellation policy prior to rescheduling a future appointment with Marvel Creatives—THEN— this act of blocking non-forthright Client can be removed .

It is the Client's responsibility to stay up to date with any appointment changes that may occur prior to appointment.

Marvel Creatives, Stylist or Appointment Coordinator will not be held liable to informing Client's schedule changes due to email and texting communication on all appointments prior to upcoming appointments. This includes time and/or date changes that may occur prior to appointment.

It is the Client's responsibility to call their Stylist or email their Stylist if changed time is not able to meet Client's needs. Rescheduling will be arranged for those who reach out to Marvel Creatives or choose to change their appointment.

Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations less than 48 hours or no-show appointments are subject to the full service charge to the credit card on file

There will be no refunds or negotiations about this manner. It is a mandatory service charge for the card on file for anyone who cannot cancel within ample time (48 hours) to allow another Client or Stylist to fill the slot in a timely manner.
